My oh my, did I muck up last night. Anyway, let's carry on.
BREAKFAST: nothing
LUNCH: muffin...wheat and berries
SNACK: peanut butter and jam on rye
DINNER: penne with chicken and mushrooms
I slept nearly the entire day and drank about 100 gallons of water. What a wasted day. Shame on me.
