Month One: April 16 - May 15, 2012

Welcome to week one of my lifestyle change. Every Monday I will take photos of myself in a bikini and post them along with my measurements. I will be following the Carb Lovers Diet. Does it work? Who knows. I have read the book and the recipes and it is both logical and well balanced. I just finished my third meal of the day.

BREAKFAST: Kashi bar and a banana

LUNCH: boiled egg, 1 oz. cheese, three rye crisps and an apple

DINNER: baked potato with parm cheese, salmon with mushrooms on a bed of greens

Was I hungry? Absolutely not. It was actually quite difficult to finish both lunch and dinner so I shared with the dogs.

Now, the moment of shame...I must be effen nuts doing this! BTW, my face is blood red from embarrassment - not make up!
